Recipe Mashed Potatoes Buttermilk
Add butter and mash the potatoes roughly with a potato masher.

Add warm buttermilk mixture crème fraîche salt and white pepper to potatoes. Mash with a potato masher. When water reaches a simmer drain russet potatoes and add to pan with yukon golds.
Add buttermilk sour cream and butter. Prepare potatoes as above in step 1. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are easily pierced with a knife 20 to 25 minutes.
