Once hot remove hot cocoa bombs from freezer and touch top of bomb with your knife to make a small hole in your chocolate bomb.

To make a cup of dark hot chocolate place one dark hot chocolate bomb in a mug. Using hot pads remove the double boiler from the pan. Stir until incorporated and enjoy.
Set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm. Use a heat proof spatula to stir constantly until 90 of the chocolate is melted. Bring the water to a simmer in a double boiler.
