Italian Recipe Sausage Waitrose
Preheat the oven to 200 c gas mark 6.

Fry the fennel seeds in the oil for 1 minute. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drizzle the sausages with the remaining olive oil and roast for 30 minutes.
