Recipe Eggs Kale Bacon
Braised kale bacon and egg on toast recipe.
Recipe eggs kale bacon. Perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner. Place bacon in a large pan and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until crispy. Cut the bacon in half crosswise and place on top of the kale.
Next add the kale to the pan season with salt and pepper to taste and combine well. In the same skillet crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Kale is braised for about 30 minutes with bacon chicken stock onion and garlic making it rich hearty and full of flavor.
Melt butter over medium heat then add the beaten eggs. Add kale and sautee until wilted. It will look like you don t have enough eggs but it will be fine.
Place the kale on the bottom half of the bun. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs with milk salt and pepper.
Add onion and garlic and sautee until golden brown. Preheat oven to 350 f. Remove the stems from the kale leaves using a sharp knife tear the leaves into bite size pieces into a large bowl massage in the oil and salt with your hands add the lemon juice and rind toss well cook bacon in a heavy based pan until crispy rendering out the fat cut into small pieces and add to the kale.
8 bacon strips diced 2 large onions chopped 4 garlic cloves minced 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in the cheese and crumbled bacon. Cook for a few minutes then remove from pan.
