Recipe For Hot Chocolate Bombs
Fill your mold three fourths full with your hot cocoa mix and optional add ins.
Recipe for hot chocolate bombs. Use a spoon to dollop the melted chocolate into your molds smoothing it around the edges until everything is covered. Paint a second coat of chocolate over the first paying special attention to building up the rim of the sphere. Set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
Paint a thin layer of chocolate into the molds and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Carefully melting tempering your chocolate.
Slowly pour eight ounces of medium hot milk over the cocoa bomb. You can also serve by dropping the cocoa bomb into warm milk. Pour the remaining chocolate over top to seal the back of the bombs.
Heat for 30 seconds at a medium high heat i use power level 7 out of 10 then remove from the microwave and stir the chocolate.
