Recipe Ham Cooked In Beer

Recipe ham cooked in beer. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Scar ham and prick with whole cloves. Place the ham flat side down in an uncovered roasting pan.
Bone in ham cooked in beer. Place in a covered roasting pan and bake at 400 degrees farenheit for approximately 1 hour per pound. Grease a large roasting pan.
Use skewers to secure pineapple rings on the ham. Pour remaining beer over the ham. Make a large enough pocket out of aluminum foil to accomodate the ham.
Score the surface of the ham making diamond shapes 1 2 in. Baste with the pan drippings every 15 minutes. In a deep saucepan place the gammon with the onion and cover with ginger beer top up with water to cover the meat.
Remove the pineapple rings and let sit 15 minutes before slicing. Place the ham with the fattier side up in the casserole pot. Pour the beer over the ham.
It seems to remove the salty taste and the ham is so moist. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Preheat the oven to 220c.
