Recipe Lamb Chops On The Grill

Recipe lamb chops on the grill. Place chops on the preheated grill and cook until browned and medium rare on the inside 3 to 4 minutes per side. Rub mixture over lamb chops and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Pierce lamb chops with a fork.
Place chops on grill over medium heat. Season chops with salt and pepper. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat.
Add lamb toss until coated and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
