Recipe London Broil Steak
First allow the steak to warm up.
Recipe london broil steak. Rub garlic mixture into both sides of the meat. Preheat the broiler to high heat. Score top and bottom of meat with a 1 1 2 inch square pattern and score the side.
Place on a broiler pan or other oven safe pan. Remove the london broil from the marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle lightly with water and rub in tenderizer.
Sprinkle meat liberally with unseasoned meat tenderizer then pierce with fork 1 8 inch apart and at least half way through the meat on both sides. Broil for 5 6 minutes and then flip to the other side and broil for 3 4 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 for medium rare.
Remove steak from refrigerator 2 hours before cooking to bring to room temperature only do this with whole cuts of meat never with ground meat step 2 cut away any tough connective tissue on the surface of the steak. Place pan on top rack closest to the heating element and broil 6 to 7 minutes until top is lightly charred. Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium high heat.
Minimum 30 minutes to 1 hour. Step 3 rub steak with dry mustard salt pepper butter. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes and slice. Buy already rinsed spinach and cook it while the steak rests. Place on a plate cover and set aside for an hour.
