Lift from cooker drain fat slice.
Recipe meatloaf cream of mushroom soup. Press into a loaf pan. In a large bowl combine half of the cream of mushroom soup ground beef onion soup mix bread crumbs and beaten egg. Put the can of cream of mushroom on top.
Bake for another 30 45 minutes. Mix well and pat mixture into a 4 inch x 8 inch loaf. Mix everything except cream of mushroom in a large mixing bowl.
Cook on 2 layers of foil and a layer of parchment on low in the slow cooker for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Transfer to a baking pan and add cream of mushroom condensed don t add water or milk to the top of the meatloaf.
I first used a spoon and then i put my fingers in to make sure it was mixed up really well. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until done. Drain the grease but reserve the drippings for the sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 f. Goes good with mashed potatoes and green beans. Poke some holes to let the cream of mushroom soak in and bake for 1 hour at 375 f.
