Recipe Ground Beef Enchiladas
Here s my little time saving trick.
Recipe ground beef enchiladas. Stir in 3 4 cup enchilada sauce and one cup of cheese. Simmer until water has evaporated. Divide the meat mixture evenly between tortillas.
But it can be substituted with pork chicken or turkey. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons ground beef mixture to each tortilla and a sprinkle of olives to each and a little sprinkle of cheese. One 28 ounce can enchilada or mexican red sauce.
Bake the ground beef enchiladas with foil over the top for about 20 25 minutes then remove the foil and bake another 5 to 10 minutes until they are heated all the way through and the cheese is melted on top. Grate cheeses into a large bowl and combine. Cook and stir ground beef with onion in a skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink about 10 minutes.
Heat oven to 375. Bake in oven at 350 f degrees for 30 minutes. One spice mix to flavour both the beef filling and the enchilada sauce.
Brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. In a 9x13 pan spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom. 1 pound ground beef.
Increase heat and add ground beef to skillet and brown until cooked through. Cover enchiladas with remaining sauce and cheese and sprinkle with olives. 1 medium onion.
