Recipe Ground Beef Ginger
Over medium heat add the vegetable oil and onions to a sauce pan.
Recipe ground beef ginger. Put the green beans and green onions in and fry until fork tender. Remove from pan and set aside. Drain any excess fat and return skillet to stove top.
2 tablespoons tapioca starch or cornstarch. Next add the garlic ginger and chili flakes. 1 red pepper chopped.
1 cup beef broth. Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a low boil.
1 tablespoon sesame oil. Brown the ground beef garlic and ginger in a skillet over medium heat breaking the ground beef into small pieces until no longer pink. Stir in soy sauce.
In batches place dumplings in basket. Add beef back to pan and stir fry 2 minutes. In a large skillet cook the ground beef and garlic breaking it into crumbles over medium heat until no longer pink.
Heat up 200 ml of oil in a wok over high heat. Once heated add in the beef and quickly stir fry it for 30 sec or until about 70 80 cooked. Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
