Spread half of the seasoning mixture on both sides of the chops.

Discard the marinade then grill over medium high heat to desired liking about 5 minutes on each side or broil in the oven. Cover and marinate the chops in the fridge for as little as 1 hour or as long as overnight. 1 1 3 teaspoon worcestershire sauce.
Season the lamb with salt and pepper and cover with marinade. 5 1 3 8 oz lamb chops. Marinate at least 1 hour overnight if possible.
