Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Lasagna recipe with cottage cheese and mozzarella. To make the lasagna start by spreading 1 cup of the meat sauce on the bottom. Stir in sugar fresh basil fennel oregano 1 2 teaspoon salt pepper and 1 4 cup chopped parsley. Pour the rest of the sauce in with the ground beef and cook until warm.
Spread 1 2 cup of the ricotta cheese on top of the noodles followed by shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 2 cup tomato sauce you may not need it all 2 cloves garlic. Add in onion and garlic and cook until meat is well browned stirring constantly.
For the last layer use the final two noodles meat mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Repeat layers twice using remaining 1 cup of cottage cheese on middle layer. Salt and pepper to taste.
Top layer only has meat sauce and cheeses. Sprinkle again with parmesan. In 9x13 pan layer ingredients starting with sauce then cottage cheese mozzarella and noodles.
In a medium size bowl combine cottage cheese ricotta cheese grated parmesan cheese and eggs. Spoon the carton of cottage cheese on top of the sauce. Spread a layer of grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Layer 2 noodles 1 3 of the meat 3 4 cup of cottage cheese 1 2 cup mozzarella. Stir beef and pasta sauce together. Bake for 40 50 minutes until desired doneness.
