Recipe Lamb Chops Broiled
Place chops on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Recipe lamb chops broiled. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Grill or broil chops 3 or 4 inches from the heat source until they are nicely browned on both sides. Cut clove of garlic and rub over meat if desired.
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix herbs in bowl then rub mixture on both sides of each chop and chill 1 hour. Place chops on a greased sheet pan and stick sliced garlic into the chops.
Rub garlic mixture over both sides of chops. Roll rosemary leaves between your palms to release oil and then place on both sides of the chops. Allow the lamb chops to broil until they are perfectly medium rare or about 8 minutes.
And with only 10 minutes of hands on time you won t have to spend hours in the kitchen to reap a mouthwatering meal these broiled lamb chops are basted with a mixture of red wine and honey giving them a slightly sweet flavor. For rare chops about 6 minutes or about 12 minutes for well done chops. Broil chops 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes then turn and cook 4 more minutes for medium rare.
In a bowl add chops and lightly massage with oil salt and pepper. Place the lamb chops into the oven so that they are at least 8 or more inches from the heat source. Broil 5 1 2 inches from heat with electric oven door partially opened 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
