Recipe Grilled Lamb Chops Rosemary
Grill on medium high heat and sear approximately 3 4 minutes per side or to your taste lamb should be slightly pink in the center.

Add lamb chops turning to coat. Mix together the vinegar salt pepper garlic onion and olive oil in a large resealable bag until the salt has dissolved. Place lamb chops in single layer in 13x9x2 inch glass dish.
Pour the marinade over the lamb chops making sure to flip them over to cover them completely. 2 2 3 tablespoon soy sauce. Let chops come to room temperature approximately 20 minutes before grilling.
Grill or broil chops to desired doneness. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary. Mix first 6 ingredients in small bowl.
Add lamb toss until coated and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. Serve them with mint pesto and veggies for a delicious meal.
