1 handful of fresh curly parsley.

Stir in the thyme bay and salt and set aside. Add tinned tomatoes and chicken stock. Once softened add garlic and chillies.
Once the veg have softened add your garlic and chillies stir around for a minute then stir in the tinned tomatoes and chicken stock. Heat the oil in a wide lidded pan over a medium high heat. Add the sausage and cook until the fat begins to render then lift out on to a paper.
1 2 fresh red chillies deseeded and finely chopped. 1 400g tinchopped tomatoes. Brown the chicken and sausage over a medium heat.
