Recipe Kale Walnut Pesto
Wring dry in a clean kitchen towel.

Blanch kale in a large pot of boiling salted water about 1 minute. 2 handfuls of chopped kale 4 tbsp walnut pieces 1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes tsp sea salt pinch black pepper 3 tbsp olive oil 12 cherry tomatoes or 6 medium tomatoes chopped. Pulse garlic clove ion food processor until it is chopped finely about 30 seconds.
Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet until lightly browned. Remove from heat and let the walnuts cool. Pulse the walnuts and garlic in a food processor add the chopped kale and pulse again.
