Recipe Lamb Chops Baked
Place the chops with the marinade in a single layer in an oven proof skillet and place the skillet in the oven directly beneath the broiler.

The lamb chops should be still pink inside after 15 minutes if you want them well done leave them in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes more. Remove lamb chops from marinade toss any residual oil lemon garlic etc. The most commonly sold chops are loin chops but for a larger meatier chop look out for chump chops.
Quick and easy to cook lamb chops have tender juicy meat that is best served slightly pink. Be sure to get the loin chops versus regular lamb chops this quick recipe can be prepared in as little as 40 minutes. Add chops to skillet and cook each side for 3 minutes to brown.
If your lamb chops are thinner check them sooner you should not overcook them. Heat half the oil in a flameproof roasting tin or ovenproof sauté pan. Place the lamb chops there and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
Add the rosemary and garlic then return the lamb to the pan too. Heat a large oven proof skillet cast iron steel etc over medium high heat. Then arrange them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
