Fried Green Beans Recipe
Press coated green beans into bread crumbs.
Fried green beans recipe. Coat green beans with flour. Beans should still have a little bite to them. Drain off any moisture and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil or steam green beans until just crisp tender. In a large skillet heat the butter or margarine until sizzling. Cook covered until the beans begin to sweat.

Toss in the green beans and stir to evenly coat the beans. Just dip them in the egg mixture and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Drain the green beans and set them aside on a clean kitchen towel.
