Guacamole Recipe Garlic Powder
Scoop the avocado into a bowl.
Guacamole recipe garlic powder. Use a fork to mash the avocado into mixture. Stir in the onion powder garlic powder cayenne pepper cilantro lime juice and salt. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor or serve immediately.
Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Cut avocados in half lengthwise twist halves apart. Remove pit by hitting it with sharp base of knife blade and twisting.
Sprinkle on garlic powder salt and pepper. Coarsely mash it with a fork. Spoon out the flesh into above mixture.
Bland guac can be dressed up with a pinch of salt. If you would like your guacamole smoother use a fork or your potato masher to mix in the spices as you mash the mixture. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors.
Fresh chopped jalapeno or hot sauce. With a sharp knife cut avocados in half removing the pit. Add garlic paste lemon juice to avocado mixture and mash together with a fork until desired consistency is reached making sure to distribute garlic throughout.
Garlic powder is easier fresh garlic tastes better. Place chopped garlic clove on cutting surface and sprinkle with the sea salt or other course salt. A few teaspoons are prob the amount to shoot for but always test jalapeno before adding.
