Korean london broil recipe. First mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place steak in large freezer weight recloseable plastic bag. Marinate the steak for one hour to overnight.
Place beef carrots and onions in the bag. London broil is my favorite beef for this jerky. A deli slicer is a great implement for beff jerky but also versatile tool in your kitchen.
1 grated garlic clove. When ready to cook the steak preheat the oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Score the meat in a crisscross pattern to allow the marinade to penetrate better.

Place the meat in a large resealable container or shallow bowl and pour the marinade over. Mix the soy sauce brown sugar sesame oil vinegar fresh ginger garlic and water in the a small bowl stirring until the brown sugar is well incorporated. 3 tablespoons of honey.
Seal and shake to coat the vegetables and beef with the sauce. 1 cup of teriyaki sauce. Pour marinade over the beef preferably in a ziploc bag and leave in the fridge at least 4 hours up to overnight.
