Recipe Ground Beef Zucchini
In the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking dish drizzle about 1 tablespoon of oil.
Recipe ground beef zucchini. Stir in the corn tomatoes zucchini mushrooms basil oregano salt and pepper. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly 5 to 7 minutes. In a skillet cook the beef onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
Add the beef back into the pan along with the salt pepper and worcestershire sauce. Simmer covered until rice is tender 10 15 minutes. Cover and simmer for 10 15 minutes or until heated through and zucchini is tender.
Cook over medium heat until meat is browned. Let stand until cheese is melted. Bring to a boil.
Once the ground beef is browned you will drain the excess oil from the pan and add the tomato paste water or broth cumin salt black pepper and onion and garlic powders. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown ground beef with minced garlic salt and pepper.
Stir mushrooms tomato sauce olives and garlic into the skillet. Turn the heat down to medium low add the cream cheese and then sour cream. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper as the zucchini cooks.
Add the cooked rice and press it snuggly down. Then mix all ingredients together to incorporate. Add the zucchini and broth to the pan and cook until the zucchini is soft about 5 more minutes.
