Recipe Lasagna Roll Ups Spinach
Spread ricotta mixture onto one side of each lasagna noodle.
Recipe lasagna roll ups spinach. In a bowl combine the sauteed vegetable mixture cottage cheese spinach eggs 4 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese and pepper. Pour 1 cup pasta sauce into an ungreased 13x9 in. Cook noodles according to package directions.
Thaw the package of frozen spinach in the microwave and then squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. In a large bowl mix ricotta spinach cup parmesan egg basil and lemon zest until combined.
Add lasagna pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Stir mixture until evenly combined. In a large bowl mix together spinach ricotta 1 cup mozzarella garlic salt and pepper.
Top with remaining sauce. Stir in the spinach ricotta mozzarella parmesan italian seasoning and salt. Spread 1 3 cup cheese mixture over each noodle.
Add spinach ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese and salt. Meanwhile mix eggs spinach cheeses and seasonings. Cook and stir garlic in hot oil until fragrant about 2 minutes.
Bake covered 20 minutes. Transfer garlic to a large bowl. Roll noodle firmly around the filling.
