Lamb Chops Desi Recipe
First mix the ginger paste garlic paste and raw papaya paste or meat tenderiser and a pinch of salt and massage into the chops.

When hot sear your lamb chops until deep brown on all sides about 4 or 5 minutes per side. Blend onion and tomatoes together and marinade to lamb chops also add all the spices except lemon juice and yoghurt. Add the chops cover and allow to marinade for 3 5 hours.
Remove the lamb chops to a plate and cover with foil. Leave for at least 40 minutes. When the chops are nicely browned serve and enjoy.
Step 2 blend all the second marinade ingredients together. Preheat oven to 400 f. Add in the remaining marinade and cook vigorously for about 15 minutes turning the chops from time to time.
Not too much water as much as the lamb chops are coverd and then let the meat be nice and soft as the water dries. Sprinkle the lamb chops with the salt pepper garlic powder and dried rosemary. Cook the onions until slightly golden just a few minutes then add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
In the mean time combine rest of the ingredients and chill it for two hours. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet i actually use a rimmed double burner griddle to accommodate all the chops in one batch over high heat about 3 minutes. Press to help spices adhere.
