Recipe Kale Mushroom Pasta
Add the soy sauce and continue to cook on medium heat until the mushrooms are cooked down and have shrunk in size.
Recipe kale mushroom pasta. Toss in the drained pasta. In a large pot cook pasta according to package drain in colander and set side. Add in the roasted mushrooms and stir until incorporated.
Creamy mushroom and kale pasta bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook until fragrant then add the garlic mushroom and kale. Loosely cover the dish with tin foil then place on oven 25 to 30 minutes.
In same pot heat olive oil over medium heat add onions and cook 4 minutes add garlic mushrooms and herbs optional red pepper flakes salt and pepper cook over medium heat until mushrooms start to release moisture about 4 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth salt and pepper to taste and cover. In the meantime heat up oil in a large frying pan and add the onion.
Toss in the kale and cook until wilted. Sauté for about 3 4 minutes stirring frequently. Fry for a couple of minutes then add the mushrooms ginger and garlic and stir.
Stir in the mushroom and kale mixture then gently stir in the sauce. Cover and cook for 3 4 minutes stirring occassionally. Just cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Then transfer it to a separate plate and sauté the mushrooms and kale until they re softened and cooked through. Add lots and lots of fragrant garlic. Add the mushrooms and kale to the pot at the same time.
